8 years ago, I installed a GRE/IPSEC VPN for a customer using a 1751 running
12.2.2XH2.
Not sure about now, but a couple years ago, it's still the same.
That's one thing I learned: if it ain't broken, leave it alone :)
Unless the customer wants to upgrade then ofcourse, you have to go through
the bugs scrubbing, functional testings...etc.
The gentleman should have stated that. But since he said he would upgrade
and couldn't back up his suggestion, then it's fair game and he's...:)

I would say that you asked an invalid question. You stated that the site is
running well with no errors. Why would I upgrade anything, just because I
