The load-interval interface command will do this. The command is specified in seconds but must be in multiples of 30 (at least when I've used it).
The 'Cisco IOS Cookbook' (now on v2) is very useful for little odd and ends like this...

I don't think u can change that. that is coded in the IOS. I would be
intrersting if someone managed to get that down to 2 minutes!
