Actually...
The CISSP by simple volume of questions asked and by their methodology make
it inherently hard to cheat on.
Even the CCIE Lab exam does not employ the same anti-cheating tactics that
the CISSP does.
A lot of certification vendors might learn a lot from those guys - not
kidding here.
A lot to be said for paper and pencil and more proctors in the room than any
one person can watch at a time.
