I was guessing (and fearing the worst). he probably recently been there ;)
If I was Cisco I would let those clowns meet the friendly Durham County
Sheriffs at RTP. There has to be some law broken by this stuff. Theft of
services, trade secrets? I would say the lab books have a value in the
thousands of dollars or more. I'd love to see these 2 Koreans make bail in
North Carolina from Seoul. I pulled off the road to get gas (when I was
driving home at midnight after the lab). much rougher neighborhood than
Brooklyn or the Bronx. there were 3 dogs on me at the gas station with gold
teeth. looking for a quick victim. I wonder what the jails are like down
there.

How come you know everything?

The thing is the proctors recently caught 2 Koreans and a guy who said he
was from Canada but appeared to be from somewhere else conspiring to take
the lab together.
Seems one of them brought the "book" into the lab with them.
So the proctors had to change all the labs versions literally overnight.
Take it for what it is worth.
Now people have to study and practice to pass the lab.
