The proctors allow language dictionaries into the lab for those who may be
from other countries. This may or may not be common practice. But it does
happen and to my knowledge no one collects the dictionaries on the way out
the door.
But given the lab is in English.
Seems like Mission Impossible to pass an examination like the CCIE Lab and
have only a very basic command of the English Language.
Anyone else heard the term "Bring your lawyer with you to the lab for
matters of interpretation"?
