Sorry to side track, if there are tasks that req some routes to be delivered to a router but unable to find a solution for that, can I simply install a static route so that I can proceed to earn subsequent points from there?

Before you ever touch the keyboard, I recommend you to read through the lab
requirements. Maybe you are not allowed to use ? , same things go for static
routes ;-)
