By the way, there are topics that are just not covered by documentation.

Our customer was receiving OSPF error message that said:
%OSPF-4-ERRRCV: Received invalid packet: Bad link-state update length

And there is no place anywhere that says what does this mean, except that it
is an error. There are explanations of other types of this error, but not
exactly "Bad link-state update length" and what does that mean. I had to
look through sniffed updates to see what does it mean exactly.

And I have countless examples just like that. You just have to open TAC
sometimes. And a lot of time even then we get information that what we are
asking for is "classified"... ehm..
