Regarding the metric weight command in EIGRP

Hi Experts,

I have one doubt in EIGRP . When we want to change the Bandwidth and
the Delay values i.e--the K values in EIGRP the command is :-

(config-router)# metric weight 0 1 0 0 0 0

My doubt is the first value which is 0 is for TOS. What exactly do we
mean by that and what does it do??
