That's what access codes on system rooms are for, Joe :-). They can
know as much as they like. If they don't like, they can cry to their
mom. Developers should have _no_ access to production systems. Network
Operations 101 ;-). Oh, and when it comes to security -- then you'll
have plenty more arguments not to allow it.
And yes, "int range x/y + shutdown + switchport access vlan
SOMETHING_UNUSED" is a mother of all commands. If you want to be
really anal, you can go with "connection request forms" for anything
that connects to the network above access layer.
