Hi Nouman

By default, you must force a shut/no shut on this port.

However, you can also configure "errdisable recovery" in order to
automatically try to recovery the link after X seconds or even if the
errdisable was caused by a specific cause (errdisable recovery cause
?). The default timeout interval is 300 seconds and, by default, the
timeout feature is disabled.
