Well often a port when goes err-disable , can be set up by "shut" - "no
shut", other wise try to find out err-disable causes

Use certain commands like

Show error-disable detact ?
Show error-disable recovery ?

and find out which detect causes are enabled, if u find any unnecessary
cause, disable that one by

"no err-disbale detect cause ?" on the global mode.
