I know exactly how you feel. I had the exact same experience. Nothing you
can do but try
to relax. I agree that it is a bad idea to inject _any_ drugs.
I had the exact same problem as yours and couldn't sleep till like 5 in the
morning (the
morning before the exam), though I went to bed around 10 PM. The way I
compromise is
that, even if I don't get any sleep I just get some 'shut-eye'.
Also positive visualization helps before the exam day. So
you can be there in the bed lying with your eyes shut and you can
'virtually' go through
all the steps you'd go through the next day during the lab. Especially how
you'd see
those bang bang bang signs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd say take it easy and do positive visualizations, don't go anywhere near
drugs...
