Based on the recent discovery of oil in commercial quantity here in
Ghana, the present Government of Ghana led by President John Kuffor
hereby do not want to relinquish power.
I am Mr Kwadwo Afari-Djan,the Ghana Electoral Commission Chairman in
the coming election by December 2008.I got your contact information
from the chamber and commerce and Industries here in Ghana.I regret
to contact you through email because of the recent corruption through
email from fraudaulent actors which has made communication via
internet look as such,the most proper and safer way would have been
via fax,but I do not have your fax number.
My reason for contacting you is this, as the Electoral Commission
Chairman pressures have been on me by the present Government of Ghana
to announce and install their candidate in the coming election.We
have Four(4) party system namely;
(1) NPP - Chief Nana Akuffor Addo as the Presidential Aspirant.
(2) NDC - Prof Atta Mill as the Presidential Aspirant.
(3) CPP - Prof Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom as the Presidential Aspirant.
(4) DFP - Dr Mahama as the Presidential Aspirant.
The supposed party from the tribe whose turn is in contest is
threatening that their mandate be given to them,and this party is
the party of the Ex Military Head of State Mr Jerry Rawlings.
The present Government has bribed me with a huge sum of money in
United States Dollars and I want to resign my appointment as the
Electoral Commission Chairman and seek refuge abroad for my safety
because I foresee violence after the election,hence my contacting
you.
Since the commissioning of the oil discovery by President George
Bush some months ago,the country have not been in peace.Please

This money has been deposited with a Finance Firm here in Ghana as
owned by a Foreigner,now I want to know if you are capable of
providing a safe ground (Country) where this money can be transfered.
