Is there any discount on the Merchandise or other Cisco Market Place
products as it is mention on the below link?

http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/ccie/certified_ccies/index.html

The above link also mentioned the "Benefits of Cisco"

Another thing I want to confirm can a CCIE open a TAC case without having
Smartnet associated with his ID? (My answer is NO but can any one confirm
this : ) )

Thanks
