Hi,

PEC and other things can be accessed even if you are not a CCIE, You just
have to associate your ID to a partner.Official I think the CCIE
merchandise is the only thing available additionally for CCIE level
access.Also there is a benifit when you open a TAC case with a CCO which
has CCIE,The case will be forwarded to a CCIE TAC Engineer.All the other
benifits are for your company and not for you.So i guess they are the ones
to provide you the benifits :-)............
