Voice:Cisco IP Phone 7911 transfer call issue.

Dear All,

Good day !

As I am new with Voice , We have cisco Unified call manager 6.X and using
cisco IP Phone 7911.
Whenever I received call from outside I can not transfer my call internally
to any number ,Infact transfer key is not working after pressing it.

Please help !
