That's not advertising (IMHO). But whether it is or not, if this group is
his target audience, then there are a SIGNIFICANT number of people following
the tack that Joe laid out which is sad in its own right.

If he tells you he has a bootcamp next week and where to sign up/get
discount, then THAT's advertising!

Just my thoughts!
