ethernet switching is not important. you can use old 2960 for example.
c7200 is necesary. personaly i used PC with dynamips emulating 3 c7200
routers and one ATM switch
this virtual network was connected to real lab with 2xc3600 and bunch of
c2600
my resources was limited so i was relying on 12.3 telco feature set (good
enought set - has ISIS, ldp/tdp, interAS mpls works, mpls te without
problems).
it was ok for everything except ATOM. virtual c7200 is not enought for
preparations.

basicaly my sugestion is to invest in some c7200 ready to run
IOS 12.2S (SERVICE PROVIDER/SECURE SHELL 3DES)
all other systems you have is ok
