SNAT Behaviour

All,
I have configured SNAT with HSRP, Router with higher priority is hsrp Active
and peer recevies all the NAT entries. However, if the tracked interface
goes down on active router and it becomes standby, then the new standby does
not receive any nat entries from the new active router.

Is it normal behaviour?
If new standby becomes active again then it does not have any nat entries.
