In your configuration you are setting a maximum of 100 prefixes that can be
redistributed into your OSPF process. you will get your first message when
80 percent of that threshold is reached (80 Prefixes) and the second warning
message when the maximum number is reached (100 Prefixes), but because you
used the "*warning-only*" keyword at the end of that command, you are NOT
restricting the number of redistributed prefixes to 100, whereas, if you
remove the "*warning-only*" you will be restricting the number of
redistributed prefixes to 100.
