Hi Mark,
The UDP ports that RTP uses are 16384 to 32767.
What you say with the ip rtp priority command is start at 16384 and
include all following 16383 ports (16384+16383=32767 ;-)
The fragmenting is needed because you probably want to change your Tc
to 10ms with RTP traffic, when you don't use the fragment option it
won't work correctly because the interface tries to send more bytes
than it can serialize (set on the wire) in 10ms.
You can get the fragment value when you apply the traffic-shaping on
the serial interface and than do a show traffic-shape. You'll see the
value in one of the columns where it says Increment Bytes (or just do
Bc/8=Bc in bytes)
