EIGRP uses the minimum bandwidth of the path as one of the metrics (BW).
Bumping up the BW for Serial0/0 will not actually doing you any good. If
you check the show ip ei topo for the route, you still see minimum
bandwidth metric the same (128K) for the path via Serial0/0.
Instead, you should deacrease bandwidth of E0/0 to let say 56K.
Alternatively, you can give Serial0/0 a very high delay.
Another option is to use Offset list. E.g.
access-list 99 permit 192.10.1.0 0.0.0.255
router eigrp 100
offset-list 99 in 30000000 Ethernet0/0
