i guess if u dont pay before sep 6th.. then u gonna loose ur seat ..
as the 90 day rule will be effective from that day on...and from that
day on they will start looking at a longer time spann (90 days) which
include u...

sep 5th dont include u as the time span is still 28 days...

am not sure... but just incase...
