Thanks Shahid for prompt e-mail. I googled it and resolved the issue

That's how I configured VRRP interface tracking

Conf t

track 1 interface Serial1/0 line-protocol

interface f0/0

ip address 131.1.12.1 255.255.255.0

vrrp 1 ip 131.1.12.11

vrrp 1 priority 110

vrrp 1 track 1 decrement 60
