IPv6 across FrameRelay

Hi Folks,

Have a query for IPv6 over FrameRelay.

Say R2 S2/1 >> 201 Frame Relay 402>> R4 S2/0

Once an IPv6 address is configured on R2 S2/1 interface, a link-local address
will appear also.

R2(config)#int s2/1R2(config-if)#ipv6 add 2001:CC1E:1:125::2/64R2#sh ipv6 int
briSerial2/1 [up/up] FE80::C001:8FF:FEFC:0
2001:CC1E:1:125::2R2#

R4 has to use a static 'frameRelay map' command to map R3's link-local address
via out the DLCI 201 and vice versa for R2 in order to carry the IGP routes
over.

I noticed the labs answers, i have to create a link-local manually for each
serial interface connected to the FrameRelay, any reason why i cant use the
auto-created link-local address once Global Unicast address is created under
the serial interface?

Cheers
Nit
