Hi Mark,
You need to have a CME feature IOS for start.
load that IOS image into the router.
go to config t
issue the command 'telephony-service setup'
it will take 3-5 minutes to configure everything u need to setup 2 phones to
ring each other. later you may need to connect cme router to pstn then u
need to configure the e1/t1 controller interface and call routing stuffs.
