My calculation goes like this;

   8-10 E1s as5350xm supports SIP, CAS R2, PRI supports upto 324 G711 calls
   10-20 E1s as5400xm supports SIP, CAS R2, PRI, supports upto 620 G711
calls
   48E1-1500E1 MGX8880 supports MELCAS, PRI, must use a PGW as call
control. MGX can support upto 8000 G711 calls per card or 40000 calls in a
chassis

I also recommend you to us PGW signaling gateway for maintaining all 30 gw
signaling.
