Dear Mujeeb,

How did change the distance of specific routes in OSPF, I have tested it,
but unable to do so. Kindly send me the configs, Mine are given below.

-------R1-------------------R2--------
-R1 has two loopback and one serial Interfaces, Loopback2 is being
redistributed as connected,
-On R2 , verification is being done.
On R1,

interface Serial1/0
 ip address 10.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
 serial restart-delay 0

interface Loopback1
 ip address 1.1.1.1 255.0.0.0

interface Loopback2
 ip address 2.2.2.2 255.0.0.0

route-map test permit 10
 match interface Loopback2
router ospf 1
 log-adjacency-changes
 redistribute connected subnets route-map test
 network 1.1.1.1 0.0.0.0 area 0
 network 10.0.0.1 0.0.0.0 area 0

On R2,

R2#sh run | s ospf
router ospf 1
 log-adjacency-changes
 network 3.3.3.3 0.0.0.0 area 0
 network 10.0.0.2 0.0.0.0 area 0
 distance 67 10.0.0.1 0.0.0.0 1

R2#sh access-lists
Standard IP access list 1
    10 permit 2.0.0.0, wildcard bits 0.255.255.255

sh ip route (On R2),

Gateway of last resort is not set

     1.0.0.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O 1.1.1.1 [110/65] via 10.0.0.1, 00:06:37, Serial1/0
O E2 2.0.0.0/8 [110/20] via 10.0.0.1, 00:06:37, Serial1/0
C 3.0.0.0/8 is directly connected, Loopback1
C 4.0.0.0/8 is directly connected, Loopback2
C 10.0.0.0/8 is directly connected, Serial1/0
If u need any thing more, do let me know.

Thanks and regards,
