Sorry to keep this thread on life support but a wise Russian barber (a
millionaire "cash only" type) told me "it doesn't matter how much you make
only how much you save".
Living in NYC is great because I get to hear all world cultures weigh in on
what THEY think of they way we live. I get to go to Turkey, Japan, Russia,
India, Venezuela, Nigeria, China, Taiwan, all without leaving my CCNP
classroom.
If I'm American who makes $200,000 a year, it's already spent long before
payday on kid's activities, wife's knick knacks, mortgage payment, home
owner's insurance, flood insurance, car insurance, gas, taxes, schooling...
Why do you think they pay us so much $$$? Because they need to make sure at
least at some level we have money to spend back on their time warner home HD
home cable, Wii Fit, PS-3 Madden 2009 all-star edition...
Americans have been turned into voracious consumers of useless junk; If
we're not spending money we don't have on stuff we don't need, were not
happy! We all have time to wait in line for movies on opening night, a new
product going on sale at the apple store to have it first and impress our
friends- but if its have a quiet moment to talk to god or spend time with
our families, nope, no time for that!
My friend is from India. He is a very good engineer. He wants no part of
this, and is going back home when his H-1B expires. Surprised?
Don't envy us. Pity all of us.

Hi Ramya,
I guess you got me wrong. I neither pointed to Netmetric nor to IPExpert or
Internetwork Expert. I just posted the review of Top Gun so that people over
here should not go there even by mistake and waste their hard earned money.
You must be aware that Indian Salaries are peanuts compared to
US/UK/Australia etc and saving a huge amount for training & studies take a
major chunk out of it.
Thats all from my side.
