It should be noted that the web site, according to it's initial pages, have
migrated away from saying that they are specifically just renting
certification associations, and that they now focus on filling full time
positions with certified personnel.
That could be a public facing workaround or a legitimate change. Either way
it says what you need to know about the practice. You will also see a good
amount of debate on this if you search through the GS archives.

What happened to our rental certification program?
In order to provide better service to our clients, we are now focused 100%
on full-time W-2 and 1099 recruitment.
