BGP prefix

Hi Experts,

I have MPLS connecvity with one of the service provider and what happens
sometime is that I can see BGP peer up but prefixes learned are zero.

I want to capture this thing is logs. is there any command in BGP or
otherwise so that I can have log for this kind of problem.
