Cool,
Just remember to look for this anytime multicast mysteriously doesn't reply
to these pings... another quickie is "show ip rpf events".
My favorite way to troubleshoot these rpf events is to ping from router to
router starting as close to the router with the "ip igmp join-group" command
and work my way to the farthest reaches of the rack.
