Hi,
I recently gave my CCIE lab exam and unfortunately I was not
successful and now I have started my search for a more concise study for my
next attempt.I used Cisco CCIE Routing and Switching Edition 3 and CBT Nuggets
for my preparation primarily and as reference I used Cisco online documents
and Sybex CCIE book.I am interested in knowing more on the reference material
for my CCIE R&S exam.Which are the recommended books,CBTs,Labs etc.
I recently
subscribed to the IPEXPERT's BLS training also.Although I have few equipments
at home but it seems for IPEXPERT I would need to buy lot more and did anyone
of you used Dynagen with IPEXPERT's labs.
Probably this is a very basic
question (or may be its my ignorance).In one of the question in the exam I
found that I was not able to ping the directly connected neigbour from my
router and the neigbour was BB1.I did debug on my router and found that my
router was not sending the ICMP packets out to ping, the interface was not
shut.Did anyone of you faced similar issues on your exam?

and I joined this group yesterday and I have already started to realize that
this group will be the integral part of my CCIE Lab preparation hereon and
hopefully I will be able to get through in my next attempt.
