scott's been pretty quiet so maybe this has all be in the works, some birds
are just not meant to be caged in one place too long :)

As for the gun ban lift in D.C., I had a feeling that was coming. what it's
going to do is lead the states to give more restrictions i.e. in D.C. but the
government cannot prohibit private ownership in the home and cannot force
people to use trigger-locks on handguns. So while you may be able to have a
handgun in the home without a trigger-lock in D.C. it's very, very doubtful
that the weapon will be able to be carried outside the home in any capacity.
