Hi, Rahul

if no offset is set(the default behaviour ...)
it just stands for (config-router)#offset-list ## in 0 for
incoming rip packets
                                  No(0) additional hop count is added to
incoming information.

and (config-router)#offset-list ## out 1 for
outgoing rip packets
                                 1 additional hop count is added to outgoing
information.
