Jack,
I can understand that you are not able to ping from router because source ip
when u ping is primary address of ethernet but it work when you do extended
ping using secondary ip address.
The ip tftp source will also not work as it can only have source interface
number not the ip address.
so if you want to ping add a route on yr windows machine for
10.14.26.100/16toward
10.201.28.176
