I think it's a little premature to relegate it that far down.

What methology would you like to see used? And how can you make it a
scalable/reproducable concept? That's the hard part with developing any
exam.

The exam is still in beta and is being evaluated by a number of
highly-qualified (not to mention overly-opinionated) people. I would
suspect that any changes that need to take place, or things to make sure it
does no become a brain-dump-able test are being worked through!
