Hi Vineesh/Ananth,
Rather than using STP with PVST+ ,use RSTP so no need to configure
uplinkfast on access switches and Backbonefast(Globally)
If You are using Cisco Routers use GLBP rather than HSRP ( To avoide
Multiple HSRP Group for loadbalancing )
In HSRP if u wan loadbalance you need to use multiple defaultgateway
for Clients whereas in GLBP One single gateway .
GLBP can do load-balance by 1)weighted 2)Round-Robin 3) host-dependent .
Use VTP domain(Primaryserver -Core 1,SecServer - Core2) ,If you are
using VTP domain use VTP Pruning enable to avoid unnecessary Traffic .
If you are using Voice make plan for QOS (End to End)
as you mention Network is p2p use default route (Or Static Route)
Many More,
Thanks
