Re: 3560 POE hangs

I deleted all the files from FLASH. when I went to ROMMON. that means I
delted all the config files and it should go into the Initial config dialog
but it is not it is hanging .

after reading the above link i think the startup config stored in FLASH
which no more there in the flash

I tried with this procesure to install the new image via XMODEM. Image
installation went well but still it is hanging on the same place
