Cost communities

I've noticed that no one talks much about BGP cost communities. Are they out
of scope? I don't know much about them, but I still have time to learn and
practice. Obviously I would rather spend the time polishing other things if
it's not on the exam though.

I actually have the same question regarding BGP link-bandwidth, which sounds
more useful for MPLS environments (another technology I'm a babe in the woods
with).
