Usman,

Sparse mode NBMA mode is used on a multipoint FR interface so that the
router will use every DLCI on the interface as if it were an individual
interface. This will allow PIM msgs to come in through one DLCI and be sent
out through another one all on the main interface. All other operations of
PIM will remain the way they were.

AutoRP uses dense mode to dissiminate RP information and as such, these 2
operations are sort of mutually exclusive. Anyway, read some more here:
