Hi Mujeeb,
I don't remember this lab but anyway, you can apply the following rule:
-For redistributed routes with only one exit. The preferred type is E2, because cost is not modified thought ospf domain.
-For redistribute routes with two exits is more interesting type 1, because internal ospf is modified thought ospf domain in order to be able to choose the best exit for every nei.

Because of loop prevention, but i'm sure there is a great more detailed
discussion on the IE forum, perhaps you can find your answer there as not
all people use IE's workbook, let alone be working on that specific Lab.
