I would rather by two from networkhardware and have NEITHER on smartnet,
than if the client could only afford 1 brand new...
Two of anything is better than one of something...

You should care as it's not legal. NHR is not an authorized reseller
and cannot sell you the IOS License or Smartnet that goes with it. NHR
will sell it anyway, but your not legally supported by Cisco. IOS is
not transferable.
