BB Routers Memory question

I have some spare routers in stock and would like to know how much DRAM and
Flash will be required to use as BB Routers? Is the memory (DRAM+Flash)
sufficient?

3662: Currently I have 32MB Flash and 128MB DRAM
2651: Currently I have 32MB Flash and 32MB DRAM
3620: Currently I have 16MB Flash and 32MB DRAM

Also, which IOS I can use on these?
