Lab 2 internetwork expert workbook II

Hi All,

I was just wondering if someone could expain to me as to why OSPF have been
set this way in Lab II of internetwork expert workbook.
I am after the explanation of section 4.11 thanks.
I am not sure why the external routes are redistributed into ospf as a
distance of 171.
