You may set the CCM log and trace level to minimum. It really gives you a
heaps of crapinformation (good for some environment) but not for all.
go to system>>applicaiton>>>trace>>configuration>> select yoru server>> and
the each dropdown menu set the debug level to "ERROR".

This sounds that when a few people used the Conferencing or Transcoding
(G711 to G729), the media resources got exhausted thats why u got the
message. I believe you may have got a few complaint from the user that they
are not able to conference or connect to some other users. This is normal,
if u see more of those nagging messages, you may consider adding more
conference resources (e.g. PVDM on your routers, 6608 conf bridge etc).

You can export those logs and can view in CCM itself.
application>> cisco callmanager servicesability>>>>applicaiton>> install
plugin
you may use:
Cisco Bulk Trace Analysis tool, which is used for post processing of large
SDI/SDL trace files in XML format, provides parsing, filtering, and high
performance. Download, install, and operate this tool on a client PC.
OR
use cisco call manage rcollection tool , once u collected the logs you can
view them into the windows event viewer.
This client tool collects traces for a Cisco CallManager cluster into a
single zip file. The collection includes all traces for Cisco CallManager
and logs such as Event-Viewer (Application, System, Security), Dr.Watson
log, Cisco Update, Prog Logs, RIS DC Logs, SQL and IIS Logs.
