I got those too when I used Dynamips with that command. I just don't think
Dynamips can handle the processing speed that feature requires at times. I
wouldn't worry about it as long as you understand the functionality behind
that command. You'll see little buggy things like this when you use
Dynamips. Mine wouldn't stay DOWN permanently, it would flap the neighbors
every once in a while though, especially as I got further in the lab and
loaded the CPU on my PC. I would just turn it off and finish the lab if
it's flapping a lot.
