I run Dynamips on Vista and it works fine. There are security features
that need to be disabled to make things easier.

All that being said, I would run it on XP to reduce proc and memory
overhead. Or better yet try Ubuntu. I am receiving a laptop this week
that I plan to install Ubuntu and Dynamips on to have a traveling lab.
