Hi John,
First from your config I've seen that R3 has priority 150 instead of 120 for
Group 1 and Priority 100 for Group 2, first check your configs.
Group 1:
Active router is 141.1.36.3, priority 150
Group 2:
Active router is 141.1.36.3, priority 100 (expires in 7.108 sec)
Also enable preempt for both groups instead of for only one, and lastly
check to see if you have ip connectivity between the two interfaces.
Are you using real routers or Dynamips?
