I couldn't agree more St. Pancras.
Many folks come here to vent; other lack an effective way to tell their boss
he needs to buy a support contract.
Still others are unaware of how google works.
Its okay; we still love them. We wouldn't hire them, but that's another
story!

Subject: OT: Questions on GroupStudy CCIE List
Dear All,
I am getting the impression that significant amount of posts on the list
are definitely outside:
* the scope of the CCIE Lab (R&S, Voice, SP, Security and Storage);
* clarification of particular tasks of any vendor workbook;
* the ongoing moderation issues.
Some posts are blatant attempt to get free support, others simply do not
belong to the CCIE list, more like CCNA/CCNP or even worse - "how to use
Google Search and RTFM".
I am sure we all started from zero and had to ask similar questions. Of
course we can lend a hand, but I reckon this is not the place.
Please feel free to tell me off ...
